"I'm highly disappointed I spent $22 then received a sandwich that looks like this, it wasn't equal to one patty better yet 2, come on man do better and be better! You wouldn't want to be served nor pay for trash so don't deliver trash! You literally served me meat crust!"

"The dispensers for Freddy sauce and ketchup were broken. When we inquired, they offered packets of ketchup only. The drink/ice machine was being repaired, but instead of offering to get us drinks from the back, they just handed us our cups. I felt bad trying to get our drinks because I was in the maintenance guy's way. He was really nice, especially since he had to stop what he was doing every time someone needed something."

"Stopped in with my family on a Tuesday night and the food and service was great. This location is very clean, even the bathrooms. The manager, Jackee came to our table to ask if we were enjoying our meal and if there was anything we needed. We will definitely come back!"

"Went for late lunch and noticed one worker cleaning dining room, taking orders, as well as greeting customers coming in. We could tell she truly took pride in her job. Asked if she was manager as we had decided if she wasn’t, she definitely should be. I believe her name was Savon Williams. She is definitely doing her part and others need to follow this managers lead!"

"We all ate after being turned away by two other places with staffing issues. I was leery since I'm not a meat eater and try desperately to stay away from dairy. I saw they had a veggie burger, so I gave it a try. I got the combo just because a drink extra alone was not much more than if you had it with fries. I asked for no cheese and of course extra onions. I got the onions but also got the cheese. I gave the fries away, for I try not to do much fried foods and I've never been a fry girl anyway. I did not enjoy my food, sadly for I was most hungry and still am. My friend Kimber wanted a milkshake and was told it could only be vanilla when others got chocolate? The only thing I enjoyed was the company. Josephine took home some chocolate ice cream, I did have a taste for she asked me to. I thought it was yummy, but I do not want dairy. Anyway, the staff I feel did the best they could, it just for sure was not for me."
