"I had tonight ordered a xl pizza pepperoni pizza with xtra pepperoni and cheese they gave me a medium size pizza no pepperoni no sauce on it it looked plain and dried out , and we got a order of cheese Sticks and had my receipt! I had to get on to them telling them I had ordered a xl pepperoni with Xtra pepperoni and cheese she acted like they were going to replace it saying you can keep it and we will make it right instead she put another charge 22.00 dollars and something I told her am not paying anything more to them when it’s there mistake and not mine! It’s there loss not mine the they will never get my service as a customer anymore plus they messed Up on my steak and cheese foot long no meat hardly on it all I tasted was Mushroom and bread bad service they are"

"Customer service sucks A** Staff so rude! No greeting. waiting a few minutes before even being acknowledged! When I finally did get acknowledged the cashier just comes up and stares at me. I said you're ready? and she goes "im waiting on you" with an attitude like she doesn't want to be there. I definitely walked out & will never be coming back to this location. Get that together! I will never spend my hard earn money where a nasty rude attitude resides. Grant you people go through things but we must separate work and our personal lives...ESPECIALLY IN A PUBLIC SETTING! Good day."

"Picked up my carrot while the crew was cleaning. And they were cleaning! That was probably the cleanest pizza joint I’ve ever seen. The staff was incredibly polite and no one was blasting music. Food was warm and made perfectly even though I picked it up 15 minutes after my pick up time. Great overall experience!"
