"I ordered a leg and a breast (spicey). They gave me a leg and thigh. If they didn't have any breast, they should have told me. I have experienced this at other Popeye's locations."

"Love Popeyes spicy chicken. Spicy chicken tenders and Cajun fries are the best. The biscuit with some honey as well. Service is always slow. Some days are better than others."

"There is a big juicy piece of chicken in the sandwich. The biscuits taste like Grandma's homemade recipe. The venue is a challenge to get to. A traffic light is in the front of the store. The Popeyes workers are in need of customer service training. The workers did not give me the strawberry biscuits I ordered . Popeyes is a good fast food restaurant and has an appetizing menu."

"Ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich only. It was warm, not hot. The sandwich bread was mashed into the soggy breaded chicken patty which was more like a McDonalds fried chicken sandwich breast than the crunchy chicken Patty I’ve had at the Union store. They put too much sauce on it. I cannot stress enough how bad the chicken patty was. I’m used to a big crunchy chicken patter and this patty was barely breaded and if it was fried the sandwich must have been sitting around for a while."

"Purchased the new Truff Chicken sandwich combo with fries. Didn’t think I received fries as there were only 10 flattened out in the bottom of my bag. Pulled the sad fry bag out to show the cashier and asked if that’s all the fries you get. Was offered another bag of fries (the last of the batch as they were not very warm) and they abruptly shut the window. Asked if I could get napkins as I didn’t see any and was told they were in the bag that the sandwich came in. Looked back in the bag and didn’t see them. At the same time I realized I had removed them while looking for the fries and the napkins were in my lap and both myself and the cashier spoke at once. Me saying “oh here they are!”while the cashier made a snide comment in a very rude tone “ma’am, they’re in your lap.” And she shuts the window and walks away. Very uncalled for. I asked her name to which she again walked away. I was not given a receipt but my purchase was between 4:45 and 4:57 pm on December 4th. I asked for a name of a manager and was told Shabelle Jones (who was not in) and Toya Johnson. I was told Toya couldn’t come to the phone as she was in the back and they were busy. They were not busy as I had only just exited the drive through and didn’t see but a few cars. First 2 pics are of the original fries and the second was the new fries that had been carelessly dumped into the bag and had most spilled out. The Truff sandwich was good but not enough to endure the rudeness."
