"Tried this place twice with online orders and both times one item is missing from the bag. My fault for not checking before I left the store thar each combo meal had its side. Fortunately for me this time the food was all old looking and poorly prepared with unreasonable amounts of condiments so my roommate who loves this place is finally starting to see how gross and low quality the Poplar location is because the employees don't care. If the floor inside wasn't so dirty it would be a cute little eating area but as it seemed neglected and unclean it was not an ideal atmosphere. I might try Freddy's again, but not this location. No one is making sure the food is fresh, properly made, and put in the bag."
"Employees were all very happy and cutting up in a positive way. May seem like a weird compliment, but so many places we've been lately had employees who could not possibly care less about being at work. We had a good dinner, actually great dinner, and enjoyed the positive vibes."
"Got my order wrong. Gave me a few cold fries with my burger. Burger didn’t look like the picture. The girl at the window charged me for a large shake and didn’t give me one. She gave me a medium size shake inside of a large cup. Ridiculous."
"The service is absolutely horrible. Me and a few friends got kicked out for no reason after we had got our food for being students. They continued to yell and throw a fit because we decided to eat our food in the restaurant. We didn't cause a scene and weren't disrupting anybody yet they kicked us out. It seems they also have favorites because they were completely fine with the loud girls a table across from us and the girls also went to our school. I think this is completely unacceptable and I will no longer be supporting this business."
"I got food from here....they just threw the food in the box like it was a project to put together. Was supposed to be a double burger only got one piece of meat that was torn in half with a piece of cheese on it. Meat was ice cold. Fries cold. Won't be ordering from here again."
