"My chicken tenders were completely cold like they couldn't have been cooked in the last 2 hours... mashed potatoes were tasteless, the biscuits are hard the fries were the only thing decent and I think they just dropped them back in the grease so they would actually be hot. I don't normally eat fast food unless I have a taste for it or I'm on a time crunch. I will not be going back to that one as it was my first time going to that one ever."

"I picked up two to go orders from this restaurant on 11/11/23. The ladies were magnificent. Fast and friendly...these youngsters today could learn a lot from these ladies. Absolutely wonderful customer service."
"Parents came to this location and asked the server about the grilled chicken. She told them they don't sell that so they ordered fried chicken, The order was not ready and they were asked to pull to the front. When the server came to the car my dad asked her why do they have the grilled chicken signs up if they don't sell it. Then she rudely told them if they wanted to wait 18mins for it to cook. So she basically lied to them. They brought the chicken home and it was old and dark. The biscuits were hard but the green beans was decent. For the $20+ dollars that was spent on a 8-piece it would have been better to go to Kroger for their better tasting 8-piece chicken. The service was so disrespectful and please read the other reviews that gave this location bad ratings. This place needs to be visited by official KFC reps."
"Do not leave this location without checking your order. I paid $13 a #3 (4 piece meal, 1 side and med. Drink). What I received was 3 thighs, same not a mix of pieces and no explanation for the shortage. This happened in the Drive-thru."
