"Pastor Tim is great. The food is better than 98% of the hibachi places in Memphis according to someone who grew up with a Japanese grandma’s cooking. The wait times are king, as this is a startup/pop up kitchen with a small crew. They do there best to give honest wait times when you order and are very nice when picking up. He had me try it before I left to give feedback and make sure that everything was good. My wife is a picky eater especially when it comes to Japanese style fried rice. This place has good flavors with a bit of soul on top. The prices are fair and similar to other restaurants. They’re a great local business to support. They aren’t perfect but are worth trying."
