"Hello my name is Paul. I want to say that my experience at the Hermitage Aaron's was by far the best. I have been a customer of Aaron's for many years and I really enjoyed the service here at the Hermitage store. I was greeted with a friendly hello and a smile by the manager Michelle upon entering the store. She showed excellent customer service skills by her willingness to offer ideas and showed all the items that I asked about with knowledge about each. She made my experience easy and I left with all my needs met. I really appreciated her help. Please tell her thank from me."

"Aarons did a great job, once they got everything reorganized after the reopening after the shut down they replaced my mattress just like they said they would. The General Manager Michelle dud a great job. Thanks guys."

"Amber is the absolute worst employee there ! She has no customer service. Amber is rude and extremely condescending. The way she answers to customers on the phone to calling and harassing people who have nothing to do with customers accounts is ridiculous. Amber is BY FAR from customer service friendly or understanding ! will never work with amber or the company Aaron’s ever again. Nor will it be recommended. Don’t get into business with this company their products and associates AREN’T worth the headache !"

"Ordered a gaming pc. took a few days for it to get there. okay cool no big deal. My fiancé called them to let them know she was on her way. She said "even though you close at 7 ill make it before then" Raul (the worker) said he would wait on her. She called back when she was almost there letting him know she was about to pull in. He said (with attitude) that he will wait until 7:02 and not a minute later. It had just turned 7:03 and she pulled in and he was already gone after telling her he would wait. So not only did she make a burnt trip there but he was also rude. Will be contacting the GM as soon as they open tomorrow. I don't take kindly to a business that acts like that since I too run a business."

"This is the second t.v I have purchased from this location... both times I ended up getting extraordinary deals because of the sales that they were having at the time. I have never had a problem making a payment, they always make it fast and simple. I was worried that I would go in to pay my first t.v off and it would be a far greater amount than what I owed because of some hidden fees or something but there were no hidden fees. The deal we discussed was exactly what I got. Their customer service reps are absolutely amazing, they always come right up and are so willing to help you find what you are looking for, they do up sale (which I am sure any job like this you are required to) but they do not push it on you like those places that try to talk you in to buying everything and you end up walking out without anything because you get so overwhelmed. On both occasions they went out of their way to fit me onto their delivery schedule, they even offer free instillation!! Because of the amazing customer service at this location I will be returning for all of my large purchases!!! Thank you Hermitage Aaron's for being so amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
