"I’m a little disappointed. I should have known better than to deviate from my usual but it sounded good. I paid $17 for tacos that don’t look anything like the advertisement, drowning in chipotle ranch and barely-there pickles. The service as usual was good and the time spent in the drive thru was reasonable…so there’s that."
"I usually go to the Zaxbys off Hacks Cross and never have an issue, but I needed to grab a bite before heading to campus to study with friends. Service at this location, in particular, was mid with fairly attentive staff. I checked my bag to make sure everything was there and noticed I was missing fries. I asked for them before heading out the door. When I got to my car, I tried a few fries and realized they were old. I didn't have the time to go back in and get fresh ones nor did I want to make a huge deal about it. The laid back vibe of the people working there just gave me the impression that it would be pointless. That's how I'll put it. When I made it to campus, I cracked open my salad and was honestly disappointed. It was not fresh. The lettuce I can tell was old. I wanna charge it to just an off day. Hopefully, your experience will be better than my own. Ciao!"
