"Horrible. I've gotten a peppermint mocha latte the last 2 weeks. One each week.asked for extra peppermint this time! No whip cream nothing. Nope it was horrible and cold!! I gave 3 chances. 3 different times in 2 weeks. Not again!!"

"Shut down drive thru because not enough staff. But three workers inside kicking back shoving donuts in bags that they don’t bother to open smearing icing all over bag. They will last through Christmas and close. They aren’t missing staff. They are missing management."

"In our experience, the customer service is kind, coffee is good & consistent. We’ve been ordering from this location since it’s opening and it’s a go-to for afternoon coffee. I usually order on the app at least 3-4 times a week: iced americano w the exception of ordering a cold brew or iced coffee & it’s pretty consistent & good. With that said, looking forward to the pumpkin items availability and will continue to order as this experience continues. Thanks, Dunkin’"

"I am extremely disappointed in Dunkin as a whole lately. I feel like they have been changing things internally ratio wise or just hiring people who don’t care. I asked for 1 pump of flavor, and 1 cream. I get this, it’s looking like they did 3 or 4 of every and it’s the sweetest thing ever. I can’t even drink it. 1 pump is not 3 pumps. I no longer will be going to any Dunkin’ Donuts because every time I ask for something coffee wise it’s never the same nor what I ask for."
