"Drinks had good taste. It's consistent with other Starbucks. They weren't really busy, but the wait to order took a few as we was not recognized as standing there. Also, they made one drink the wrong size. The order was corrected."

"If you see a line at this Starbucks keep moving!!!! The most dreadful encounter at Starbucks imaginable. It was a bustling Saturday morning, as expected in most Starbucks, but this particular one took the cake for being the absolute worst! Upon entering, I was greeted by an endless line of customers. Determined to save time, I decided to place my order through the app for a quick pickup. To my dismay, my order seemed to have vanished into thin air. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake and acknowledging that my order had been overlooked or lost, they shockingly claimed it had been stolen. How absurd! I had meticulously monitored the counter, keeping a close eye on my order as it was being prepared. The issue seemed to stem from the workers assembling orders in batches, carelessly piling them up in a disorganized manner. To make matters worse, not a single apology was offered for the inconvenience caused."
