"I had a bad experience a few months ago at this location (delivery order with missing key items) and was compensated with a free meal. The manager who promised the free meal is no longer there. The new manager Mr. Willie Wilson still took care of me without hesitation. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness."

"We had breakfast at this location. It was ok. It took a long time for the food to come out, they had to stop everything and have a come to Jesus meeting with the staff, this one girl was giving the manager a hard time it was only his 4th or 5th day, telling him what she wasn't gonna do. It was very interesting to see. After all the shenanigans, the food finally came, and it was ok. I love Cracker Barrel, however, some of these locations are not doing as they should."

"It was a Sunday afternoon and not busy at all. We had 2 waitresses, and neither knew who was supposed to be serving us. My spouse ordered the Grandma Sampler with ham, which was not edible! It was a tiny sliver of grizzle. My meal was not bad but cold. It took about 45 minutes after we placed our order, for the food to arrive. Again, it was not busy! My spouse also never got a refill on his coffee. We had planned on going here for Christmas dinner, but after this experience, we are not. Oh, and the ladies' restroom was beyond gross!!"

"The pictures look better than the food tasted . Bread was brought out cold green beans right out of the can no season. Meatloaf dry top scorched. Chicken greasy, dumplings full of water."

"Upon entering, the hostess asked for my party’s name and phone number after I expressed that I needed a table for 3. She didn’t specify that there would be a wait until I asked and said that it would be a 15-20minute wait. I wasn’t really expecting a wait but we did & 35 minutes later, I went in to ask how much longer because we still hadn’t been seated. About 5 minutes later, we had our table. Our waitress was pleasant and she came back every once and a while… By the time my food came out I realized that our table didn’t receive biscuits and that’s when we were educated on the fact that we are supposed to ask for them now. After about 30 minutes, we received our food. My scrambled eggs were cold, the grits were tasteless, and my husband’s French toast and country fried chicken looked questionable but he said that it was okay. All in all, superior service can always outweigh the 3/5 quality of any restaurant’s food but this was not the case. I was quite disappointed in the communication and service/wait times of this establishment."
