"Rude order taker, fish was soggy, onion ring and Mac nuggets fried in old grease. Pasta has no seasoning. Doesn't make sense when a person tries to support our own and we get bad service. The one star for the kool-aid. Never again because this was the 3rd time. I gave this place 3 chances cause I live close but to get bad food I have to recook and get rude service. I am good."

"I definitely just got cheated out of 40 bucks! First I wait 30 minutes for 6 egg rolls, then I receive the wrong order, only to be given the same exact boxes and fries from the first wrong order! At this point I’m OVER THE POOR QUALITY AND SERVICE AND OVERPRICED SLOP!!!! I love supporting black businesses but this one black establishment that will NEVER get another cent from this black family!!! The only reason you get 1 star is because I have to."

"Customer service -1/10: you’re never greeted when you enter this place. I’ve been here twice; different days, two different cashiers & both of them act as if they were walking around their home. The first cashier talked on her phone, on speaker, the entire time we were ordering & every time we asked a question she stated” I don’t know, I just started. I can’t tell you none I don’t know, Today my first day” After being unable to answer simple questions, she eventually hung up with the person she was speaking with to call & ask the manager. I digress. I placed an order Friday 11/24/23 for 400pcs of chicken for Sunday 11/26/23 with scheduled pickup at 11:30am being that I had an event. Only for me to get to the restaurant Sunday at 11:00am. To be first told rudely be the cashier, “she ain’t know none bout that cause she wasn’t there Friday”; The cook comes out and say rudely “ Well we called yesterday and told you 12pm” I told him that no one has called me and told me anything & I have an event. To which he responded ”well it’s cooking now”! Of course you don’t care, being that you’ve already been paid and your policy stated no refunds! It’s sad that we spent $460 of our hard earned morning to support this business only to be treated as if it was nothing! This business caused a huge inconvenience for me. I won’t be supporting any more."

"First time customer Memphis location ordered on door dash, pink lemonade and 20 piece wings lemon pepper hot. Barley taste lemon pepper no hot wings suck worse $35+ spent and they gave me a regular lemonade and I said if it's not there refund! Not only that lemonade taste like sugar and doordash don't want to give refunds won't order with you both with a business y'all need to do better"

"First of all I usually like to order my burgers from here simply because I know the meat is hand patted. This order was not made correctly, I asked for no mayo I got mayo the other burger I asked to add grilled onions, I got mayo and onions only no lettuce or pickles. These fries are usually good but you can tell they were dropped a second time. The fries were hard and burnt, as you can see in the picture. I’m really disappointed in the quality of this meal. The lady that took the order was not paying attention at all. As a black business y’all need to do better with customer service."
