McDonald's 1325 Ridgeway Road, Memphis, TN 38119

"Had to come home and cook my RAW BURGERS. Picked up order in drive thru 2 double quarter cheesburger meals and a hamburger kids meal. In guess the order was cleared off their board before complted. The window person asked for my receipt and had me pull up unil the order ess brought out. Got home and the burgers were not cooked thru. Of course they didn't give me back my receipt and they are not answering the phone. I had to cook my burger patties. Sad Sad Sad food prep."

"Not only are the employees rude and unprofessional, the manager on duty tonight is just as bad! They left my drink off, my chicken sandwich was burnt and old! The employee shut the window on me saying she ain't trying to hear all that..the manager come to the window and as I was telling her about her employee, the young lady cuts me off and start telling her she wasn't trying to hear that etc. The manager told me i could drive back around and get back in line and re order the sprite and closed the window too. Why are these people working with the public? I was going to complain to the higher manager but by looking at the reviews..everyone who works there is unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to that location!"

"One thing I can say is you'll receive food... service was awful, I ordered at the kiosk and the receipt printed blank so I didn't know my order number. When I was standing with some other people waiting for food, a team member asked what I wanted to order and I said I already did. I began to tell her I got a blank receipt and would need my items called out, but she walked away without another word. Another team member called out an order number and when no one said anything, I said I didn't have an order number so it might be mine. She just looked at me and set my order down. Customer service is nonexistent. I'm not an entitled Karen expecting service workers to bow down to me, but this is bad. Ignoring people is just lacking basic manners at this point"

"Just got off work took my daughter to get something to eat. She wanted McDonald’s. When I’m not really a big fan but I ordered the chicken sandwich meal. Everything was fresh. My order was correct."

"Only reason I gave it 1 star is because there wasn't an option to not leave a star. Most disgusting service every time. I pay for extra cheese on my burgers and to upsize my meal and they almost never get it right or food is ICE COLD! And to top it off the service from BOTH employees and MANAGEMENT are disrespectful and unprofessional . I Will never go back I refuse. I will drive out of my way to go somewhere else before I go to this establishment right down the street from my house."
