"Trying Jimmy John's for the first time. I got myself the Italian Night Club with some chips and a cookie. The sandwich I'll give it 5/10. But the chips was epic. It has that bold flavor and crunchy. So for the chips that's 7/10. Now for the chocolate chip cookie I haven't tried it yet because I'm planning to eat it as a snack right around 3 or 3:30pm. I would come to Jimmy John's again but not this one though because the service aren't that good enough."

"I paid $11.99 for a sandwich with one slice of turkey. They did not change any of the customizations. Never ordering from here again!"

"We went as soon as the place opened. It was very dirty. Sticky floors, nasty soda machine. The floors behind the counter were covered in old food and trash. Despite all this, we ordered because we were starving before my doctor’s appointment. My wrap was made ok, but my husband’s sandwich hardly had any meat on it compared to all the other jimmy johns we’ve ate at. And we frequent them often. It was mostly lettuce. He was disappointed. We did get a refund but I won’t eat here again. It also had a weird smell, which I think was old mop water sitting around."

"The sandwiches were superb. Fresh meat and veggies. With every bite you can taste all ingredients. We ordered 5 different sandwiches and with each one it was a delight. Customer service was excellent."

"Freaky Slow. That is how I will describe my Jimmy John's experience from today. A coworker and myself waited an hour to receive our sandwiches from this location which is, according to Google Maps, only 7 minutes away from our office which is also on Poplar. We called the location only to be told "it's on the way but we can't give you a time"."
