"I had a 6:45 reservation and they told us we would have to wait an additional hour. We then decided to dine in the dining room and not wait for the hibachi experience. It still took forever to get our food and 2 hours later we still had not received our entree. The manager was accommodating however and only charged us a small fee for the food we did receive. Just diners beware a reservation doesn’t mean they reserve your spot."

"Reservation was at 7:15pm; I was seated at 7:10 waited 1 hour and no service no water nothing 1n half hour still no service I talked to the manager n he said he wasn’t aware that this area had customers seated n the server left.. some one would be over asap Now it’s two hours in and just getting drinks n orders taken with the manager was so nonchalant about the whole ordeal This place used to be great place to dine in now it really need to just go out of business The manager on duty just look you in the face n lie Sever is coming your table is next n finally came 36 min later Just sad"

"Arrived at the restaurant for our 2 person 6:30 reservation, but had to wait until 8 to be seated. Once at the table we waited another 30 minutes to get soft drinks and food orders taken. After another 20 minutes we finally had our appetizers out and 10 minutes later we had a chef. The chef was wearing a mask, did not talk AT ALL and just made the food and left, no tricks, jokes, or fun environment. After waiting for 3 hours, our table finally had food and it was ok, not the food we expected to have after waiting and compared to other places but was not inedible. In all management refused to give any form of compensation to our group of 2 for all of the wait and not good experience, and the only good staff members was the server at the table who took our orders and got us drinks. Would not recommend to anyone wanting a good or enjoyable meal, and I will not be returning. I hope management addresses these problems in the future."

"I arrived at 6pm and was seated at 6:45pm. Our server Quinton was very polite. Brought our side dishes and beverages in a timely manner. The food was delicious. The chef was friendly and had no problem adding more to me and my son's plate."
