"Even though the food was good and the service , I won't be back ,idk when they started adding 18% gratuity to a party of 2,and on to go ordets but it rubbed me the wrong way. Then on the bottom of the ticket it tells you how much to leave for 15,18,& 20% tip,when it's already been added. I've been in food service all my life and this felt underhanded to me."

"I have been going to this establishment for years and I am disgusted!! I came after work on a Saturday Night with my boyfriend. Initially, the waiter never asked if we wanted appetizers or anything, just brought drinks and left. He came back about 15 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. The food then came and my boyfriend asked for hot sauce. My boyfriend had to get up and ask another waiter before the waiter ever tried to get it. We both started eating. As I was eating, I thought it was a burnt piece of meat in my enchilada, so I pulled it out and it was a FLY. I kindly asked for a manager and there was no manager present. All the waiter said was thank you for bringing it to my attention and took the plate. No one apologized to me or offered my food to be taken off my bill. My boyfriend had to ask if they were not going to charge us for my plate. Overall, I was very disappointed and livid!! They have officially lost a loyal customer."
