Buffalo Wild Wings

"We were passing through Memphis from Nashville and ordered online for a pick up. I saw all the bad reviews and hesitated, but I’m glad I ordered. It was better than the Wild Wings we go to in Franklin! We always get the cauliflower wings, and these were big, juicy, crispy on the outside and hot on the inside. The ones we get in Franklin are usually tiny, burnt, can’t taste the cauliflower, etc. We wanted extra ranch but I forgot to ask, but it didn’t matter. They gave us a big bowl size. Thank you so much Wild Wings Memphis! We appreciate that! Long cut veggies also accompanied that ranch, and we were pleasantly satisfied all around. There was no wait, a happy employee to quickly retrieve my food in a heater, and a happy customer left."

"Food is generally consistent and fairly priced. However, this location is plagued by the same issues that many dining establishments are these days, with short staff asked to cover too many tables. Unfortunately, we waited an hour for food during a non-peak evening. Food for myself and my dinner partner came out at vastly different times, and my order was wrong. Took another 15 minutes to flag down the server, and she blamed the kitchen. Waited another 20 minutes for the correct food to come out. Server comped my sandwich, which I do greatly appreciate. I believe that limiting seating to allow for servers to have the necessary coverage and prioritizing high levels of customer service would benefit this location."

"I wanted to enjoy my visit a little bit more but we ended up staying over 2-3 hours because of lack of service which I understand but we never got any refills, the food wasn't great, and the potato wedges were cold. It wasn't a good food experience overall."

"We were seated quickly and our waitress was exceptional! We got our drinks right away and didn't have to wait for our food that long. Overall good quality food and service. The restaurant is super full they still attended us very quickly."
