"I ordered the number 8 bone in wings. They gave me the boneless wings. They refused to fix this issue . Not only did they refuse to fix my order but the manager was really rude and his behavior was disgusting. He stated “man why do yall act like this man”? I kindly asked for a refund instead of the food because of his historical behavior. He then began talking in a different language to his employees. I did receive my refund but I will not return to this establishment. I never got loud nor disrespectful and everyone make mistakes but the behavior of the manager was unacceptable."

"I got food poisoning from this exact place . I threw up multiple of times and my body is aching I can barely eat . Idk if it’s cause over the storm they used old food or they just have food poisoning but I’m pretty sure it’s because of the snow if you want American deli or any fast food place is recommend going to Mississippi or just wait til the water boil north goes down."

"First time here. Had large variety of options to choose from Cashier was nice. Food was good. Wife had a hamburger and I had shrimp. Tons of fries came with both dinners. Skimpy on the condiments. Will go back again next time we are in the area."

"This was my first time visiting American Deli. I almost turned around and left but I'm glad I stayed. The place was clean and the atmosphere was amazing. I ordered the salad and it was delicious and well prepared. The young man that waited on me was very nice. He made sure that he understood what I wanted. I didn't have to wait long for my food either. I use to go to Jason's Deli for my salads. This is my go to place now. I can't wait to try the other items on the menu."
