"Ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra cheese and this is what I got. Cheese not melted at all! The service was piss poor and the food is even worse. I guess the only thing you have to have is a heartbeat to work there! No kind of care!"

"Will never eat here again. I learned my lesson. The amount of beef on my taco that I paid for was pathetic. Barely any at all. A small amount was dropped on both ends to give the illusion of having beef throughout. Had issues with this location giving my oniline order away and telling me that I had to go through the app to get my refund. Went through the app no reply, no refund. Had to re order and repay, no refund, even at a later date. Recent decided to try again, big mistake. Steer clear of the Winchester & Hacks Cross location. Scam franchise, bad service, and no refunds, even through the corporate app. Orders are always wrong and you will not get what you pay for."

"TERRIBLE customer service! The girl at the drive thru was rude. Let me order my food with black bean substitutions, swiped and charged my card, had me wait almost 5 minutes, then told me they were out of black beans. Then she was even more rude when I told her I wanted a refund. This isn’t my first bad experience with this location or any of the other restaurants, but it’s DEFINITELY my last. Will NOT be eating at Taco Bell EVER AGAIN"

"I always ask for no sour cream on everything at any location, and NONE of them EVER listen. I always have to scrape it off, which takes off half the veggies (my favorite part), the food gets cold, and who wants to open a crunchwrap?! Taco Bell, as a whole, especially out here, needs better caring employees. There was no joyful customer service in her voice or demeanor at the window. I get busyness and frustration, but having a lengthy customer service background, you must smile through it or don't work in it."
