"I went to this location yesterday and I ordered from the app. I can tell they were short staffed, but the ladies and the young man in the kitchen had positive attitudes and cooked my food fresh. "Service is always bad. This time was the worst! Paid for order told me to wait 10 mins. 20 mins later they are serving the long line at drive through. Tells me “your order is inside. Leaving my little girl in the car i walk in. 7 minutes later they “are making my order” water all over the floor they wanted me to wait on other side of the store. I go back outside and it takes another 15 minutes to make my order through the drive through. WORST DRIVE THROUGH AND STAFF AND SERVICE IN ALL OF MEMPHIS. if i was the manager i would replace the staff completely."
