"I cannot rate the food because I never got to order. I waited like a whole fool for nearly an hour. When I got to the speaker to order, the young lady kept saying hold please ( for like 20 mins), while I heard her taking other people's orders. People were walking in to order, after getting frustrated while waiting in drive thru, I just left. They need to do better....this experience was disrespectful!"

"I used to be crazy about Captain D's. It has changed. The prices are too high and they don't give you big pieces of fish.. I feel if they want to go up their prices they need to give enough food."

"The food was good. It's little high priced but good when it's freshly cooked. The service was quick and satisfying."

"I literally work right up the street. Went through the drive through to get my lunch and the food was just cold. Only thing was somewhat hot was my hush puppies. Paid extra for my okra and they look and taste old. Only got 30 mins for lunch and would expect captain D's to satisfy my hunger but they didn't. I am very disappointed in them"

"I was really hoping that they would have gotten better now that they reopened. My food was terrible. I ordered the Spicy Seafood Deluxe Platter.. Everything was old ,greasy. Fish was hard, fries were soggy. My stuff crab was hard greasy and unedible. The slaw and shrimp was the only good thing on my plate. Hush puppies were old and soggy. I must have come at a bad time. Really disappointed. Going here is 50/50. You never know what you will get. At least the cashier was pleasant and courteous while ordering and receiving my food. I really wish the quality of the food was better like at some locations."
