"Walked in about an hour and twenty minutes and the front door was locked despite multiple people being inside awaiting orders for there food. I was told the dining hall was closed and wasn't able to order from the inside even though the side door was still open and I was getting mine to go. Definitely have been through their drive through and I have had parts of my order forgotten about a couple of times making me have to go back inside anyway. Definitely a bunch of kids running the place and needs better customer service."

"Original Post 10/19/2023: This is by far the worst experience I have had with this Panda, and from the recent reviews, unfortunately, it's becoming the norm. I did drive thru, got to the window, was told my amount, paid, and then it was handed to me. Didn't get a greeting and don't remember a "Thank You" before I drove off. Ordered the Supergreens, Mushroom Chicken, and the Teriyaki Chicken...these are my go-to's I can usually count on, but not today. Everything was overcooked. The Supergreens was mushy broccoli. The Mushroom Chicken was not fresh, and the Teriyaki Chicken didn't seem fresh as well. Everything was mushy and really did not give me what I wanted. I usually go inside to look at the food before I buy, but I currently have the flu and could not do so out of respect for everyone else. $11 for this experience is quite disheartening. This experience doesn't remind me of the Panda at G'Town and Trinity I'm accustomed to. UPDATE 10/23/2023: CLEARLY MANAGEMENT NOR CORPORATE CARES ABOUT THE SERVICE OF THIS STORE. MANY, MANY CUSTOMERS HAVE COMPLAINED AND NOT ONE PERSON HAS REACHED OUT TO ANY OF US HERE FOR SERVICE RECOVERY. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE ELSE WHO GIVES THIS PLACE A CHANCE."

"I really never wanted to give 3 stars to fast food that I love but the past two experiences have been “not good” My portions have decreased let us say by 20%? Also the lady who is new was not plight. This one is close to my home as if I am married to it or should I say my belly is. Hope they change their attitude to me and the original portions. I love Panda though. Cute panda who ate 20% of my last two portions."

"The food is good, and if I don’t get sick in the next few hours I may go back. None of the food handlers wore gloves. They used a dirty rag to wipe down the food areas. One of the employees walked through the food area on his phone. The cutting board for chicken and the knife were very dirty. If you don’t get sick, go back."

"I come here very often because it is very convenient. The food more often than not is like the pictures. It’s a mess, the breading Is wet inside, and it is balled up in a mush next to the shrimp. I’ve asked them to make them fresh but for some reason they’re not allowed to do that. However when the food is fresh it’s good. So if you want to take a gamble go right ahead. Sometimes it’s worth it."
