"I had one of the worst food experiences here that I've had across the Memphis area. The employees were rude, dismissive, inattentive, and incompetent at getting our order correct. In addition to that they didn't care about the fact that they were wrong and blamed me as the customer for their inexperience, and rudeness. I will never use this location again."

"Sat in line for 20 minutes only to realize the person taking orders for the drive through was on their phone. Then when I finally got to the window, my freeze had not been prepared and they forgot my order. They then proceeded to give me the wrong food then acted annoyed when I brought it to their attention. Please fire."

"if i could do zero stars i would. placed an online order, driver goes to get it, the staff then says they don’t have the order (which is logically impossible since i placed it online and it DEFINITELY would be in the system) i’m not all that mad cause it’s TACO BELL LOL but the attitude of the staff from what i was told was horrible. i had two different drivers try and pick it up and had the same response both times “staff was extremely rude and said that they do not have your order” would not give any other details other than they “just don’t have it”. like what kind of person runs a buisness like this"

"Ordered using the app. Had some customizations to my food. Lady at the window was pleasant. When she handed me the bag it was hot. I was shocked as I'm not accustom these days to receiving good hot food at fast food places anymore. And it didn't take that long either. Definitely the best taco bell around the memphis area."

"Food was fine and it was clean. But I will echo what others have said. After 5pm, the customer service for in store diners goes out the window. I don’t think it’s the employees fault. Maybe get someone to man the front registers from 5-7? We wait a half hour between arriving and eating. Hope that gets better. Everything else was fine."
