"Employees ignored us. One was talking to a table and two others were chit chatting in the drive thru where there were no cars. The first informed us it wasn’t her job to take our order after awhile. Finally one of the employees from the drive thru stepped up. The order was made incredibly fast. Not surprising since business was dead. Fries were good. There was so much ketchup and mayonnaise on my burger that it continuously fell apart and I couldn’t eat it."

"The young lady at the drive thru window is very rude. She's light skinned with green eyes. Each time I visit she has an attitude and acts like I'm interrupting her. When placing my order she wouldn't let me finish talking. I had to ask her to wait until I'm finished. I asked for extra crackers and she said, " I can't be giving you no more crackers I already gave you 2." Are they your crackers or Wendy's? I won't visit this location anymore."

"7459 Wendy's Germantown/Poplar. No wonder nobody is in line at night. Don't go past 3pm at this location. Food received cold. Ask for extra pickles received 2. French fries were refried and looked like a fun size with 5 burnt to crisp brown fries. Plus cold. Ordered new queso fries. Also another cold combo and soggy mess. With a total of 10 fries. Asked for ketchup received 1 packet and 4 packets of chili sauce. I didn't even order chili but thank God I didn't. Didn't open sack until got home. No receipt no napkins. Pulled up this locations number. Called 4 times just rang then a hang up all 4 times. I can't leave a contact us because it asks for a store number. Guess what No receipt in bag. No napkins. Nothing, besides chili sauce and day old French fries. Tried to Google store number No store # given. I should've looked at everything before driving home. But I'll call in morning maybe I'll have better luck. Head my warning do not go to this Wendy's after 3pm."

I let the cashier know my food was cold It then provided me with more burgers that were also cold. I believe That if they were fully staffed Customers at this location would have a better experience."
