"Nastiest place I’ve ever been! The security camera had a years worth of dust and grease on them, the air ducts and all vents and high surfaces over the grill, soda fountain, walls etc were greasy dusty, there were only 2 people working with a massive line and the food was severely overpriced for there not to be any ketchup, or ribs or tips or bbq sauce because I didn’t get mine! We were told the owners would not help. We’re visiting from St. Louis and we’re really excited because Topps had been rated the best since 1952! The new owners have ruined that! I almost wish I could go back to 1952 when they were rated the best, but I wouldn’t have been allowed in there at all. They would’ve put salt in my Coca-Cola!"

"I've tried more than once to like Tops but each and every time the food is nothing to write home about at all. The only reason I tried this place again was because 2 individuals bragged on the burgers. Well let's just say the burger that I had tasted exactly like it looked, nasty. It's difficult for me to understand how you can mess up a burger but hey I guess it can happen. On the bright side the employees were very nice and this location was also very clean."

"I’ve been coming here since I was a child and let me tell you it’s still just as good!! Young lady who took my order was super nice. I got the sampler platter and loved it!!!"

"The staff was rude and non welcoming. The food was cold and seemed to be sitting there, so not fresh. Also overpriced for what you get."

"The food took awhile since we were told several times that they were short staffed. Orders were getting messed up because of one person. However that didn't tract from the food that was served. It was delicious and the banana pudding was very good."
