"The food is good, but as many have said, don’t expect good service. My friend and I went today, and she wanted to put in a to-go order. We had to wait until we paid because we didn’t see the waitress since she took our order. When my friend went to pay and order to-go, the waitress we had was really put out and asked why we didn’t do that already. We did say it was because no one checked on us, and then she tried to ignore that we wanted a to-go order."

"This restaurant is one of my favorites!! I eat at the Vietnam Restaurant at least 2-3x a month!! Everything is so fresh!! I usually get fresh spring rolls and the #15 Shrimp and Crabmeat Pho. When I'm feeling puny or congested, I get the Vietnamese Stew, makes me feel so much better!! The staff are friendly, quick, but respectful of the people with you if you are talking. Can't speak any higher (used to be a server for 10 years) of this restaurant !! 5 out of 5!!!"

"My visit was fantastic! I had heard that the owners changed a few times, but these new ones seem to be great! Service was polite and made sure we had a good meal. Food was mouthwatering, indeed! Will be back to try more."

"I was so excited to try this restaurant’s pho because I recently moved to Memphis. The service wasn’t great to begin with but when they brought the bowl, the pho looked and smelled delicious. The taste was decent and I wasn’t even halfway into my bowl when I noticed a bug in it. I told the waitress about it and she said “what do you want me to do?” I replied saying that I’ve never had an experience like this so that I wasn’t sure. They told me they would give me a 10% discount and I said absolutely not as I hadn’t even eaten half my dish and wasn’t planning on eating the rest. I then asked if I could speak to the manager myself to which she said no. She said they could make another bowl but I was too disgusted at that point and lost my appetite. I saw the manager walk out but he didn’t even come up to apologize or speak to me during this entire encounter. It was a terrible and uncomfortable experience."
