"The value for your dollar is crazy here. The food is always incredible and service is always kind and fast. Anyone rating this place below a 5 is drunk."
"We stopped in to try Top's for the first time while there were having a lunch special. We arrived at 1:12, and ordered two of the special (sandwich and fries) to-go. While waiting, we watched 5 people that came after us get their food before us. We noticed a tray of food in the window for quite a while, before asking at 1:32 about our order. "A server" (the manager) put our sandwiches in the bag and they were cold. They also forgot to give us the fries. After asking for the fries, I asked the attendant to tell the manager about our cold sandwiches and it was the original server. He exclaimed that the cook just put the sandwiches in the window, and then turned his attention away from us. Not only were the sandwiches cold, but the meat was hard and not very flavorful. I am truly disappointed in the food and service and do not think I will be returning."
"After the snow melted, I struck out on foot, and found myself at Tops, on Poplar, for the first time. Used to the Rhodes store,on Getwell, or the Summer store, thus one was clean, and the service was great. Since I was alone, I opted for the counter. To ny right, against the wall, was several bottles of both Ketchup and sauce, all still sealed. I grabbed one from a table behind me, and had one of their great burgers. When it took my lyft an unusually long wait, there was no pressure to move. Definitely a good time, and I plan on returning."
"I ordered the sampler in drive thru. I should have checked my food. I had no side dishes and didn't know until I got to work. The food was trash. The ribs were burnt and pink on the inside. The rest of the meat was disgusting. I'm never eating at Tops again."
"Grabbed dinner here the other night after a power outage. We love coming to Top’s because it’s great chopped barbecue and the sides and fresh and killer good. I had the jumbo pork plate with beans and slaw and everything was great. One of the best parts of the experience is the tangy, bbq sauce. I could STICK MY FACE IN THIS STUFF!! Friendly service is standard for all of these places here which I sincerely appreciate. Great food, great value, and great service."
