"It was not the Chick fil A experience I’m accustomed to, let’s just say it’s a hit or a miss with them. And the manager on duty was no help or was he trying to satisfy me after leaving out my salad dressing. The manager told me I had to come back to get the dressing with no compensation and that this will just be a learning experience for his team. So I couldn’t enjoy my salad because I was too tired to leave my home after a long day. All I wanted was a salad …. This was the third time btw… y’all still haven’t got it right?! Thankfully the first 2 times I checked my bag before leaving… I shouldn’t have had put my faith in believing they would come through… the location on Stage has never!!! I’ll be driving pass this location to go to the better one on Stage… problem solved and y’all owe me a salad! I spent $13 for that freaking salad and couldn’t eat it!"

"I tried many times not to post a review on this location, but this time I decided to do so because the service there is so horrible. It took them 20 minutes to get my mobile order ready. Also the food quality is not the same as the other ones."

"My daughter ate there last night, and had food poisoning this morning. It was the last thing she ate. And I know it’s not a stomach bug because we just got over it, and I know the signs of food poisoning because I have had it before. She complained yesterday that one nugget she bit into did not taste right and another nugget looked undercooked. The staff seemed to not really care about good customer service either. We usually eat at the one in Millington and have way better service and experience."

"Food was great. The girls who worked drive thru though... they were young and playing around. While the one girl was taking my order and calling it back to me the other girl standing next to her was mocking her screaming my order back in her ear... then wanna say we go to school together I always mess with her... very rude and unprofessional. Then the other girl was rushing me because I was ordering for a family of 6 so I guess we was taking to long, she is at the end of the line yelling "yall ain't done yet" this is the 2nd time this has happen... I will just go back to Millington's Chick FIL A from now on. I kinda figured having one in Raleigh this would eventually happen..."

"Tonight I went to the brand new Chick-fil-A in Raleigh. Very impressive! The drive thru line was very organized. The person that took my order was polite. They got my order right and the food was delicious. Looking forward to my next visit."
