"I stopped by this place because this was the last time that I was going to eat hamburgers for the year. This was the only place that was open after New Year's in the early morning. I don't know what to say about this place other than it is a local place where you get hamburgers chicken sandwiches and fries and the wait was extremely long which I understand because it was after New Year's Eve and everybody was drunk and they wanted to get something to eat before going home and sleeping all day so the Burger was okay it was nothing spectacular about it, is located in a low budget area so I would watch yourself going there if you're going to be there late at night."

"Terrible service, very rude & disrespectful. The cashier & cook seem to be under the influence. I was handed the wrong order. When I attempted to let the cashier (Christina G.) know, I waited almost 20 min for someone to answer me back, which no one did. I watched people walk up, order, get their order & walk off on foot, after I was told they didn't take walk up order if not delivery app orders. I had to get out the car in the driveway to walk to the walk-up to get a refund. I was very disheartened & hurt. A quick ice cream run to a child hood favorite turn into a hour long nightmare. My wishes is they increase their hospitality & service. For now I will no longer patronize these establishment. I hope this message reach person to make the corrective change."

"Great employees but HIGHLY UNSAFE FOR DOOR DASH N CUSTOMERS especially with how Memphis PD doesn’t do anything with any disgruntled customers threatening to shoot people because of them not having their order ready and etc. Memphis PD doesn’t care nor does anything about people like this. And these people ought to be paid more for hazard pay for working here to deal with this kind of issue"

"Forgot Fries, picked his nose, hugged their coworkers with gloves on, eating in kitchen, floors were greasy, hole in my cup, took 10mins to bag my food, and took 40mins total. Trust when I say it was the worst customer experience of my life."
