"Great experience here at Mazda! I called early in the morning to see about any available upcoming appointments to get my Mazda looked at, they had a recent cancellation and I was able to get in that afternoon for an appointment. Showed up at 1:30 for the appointment, they asked some questions and took my car back and told me it’d take 1-1.5 hours. By 45 minutes to an hour they were finished with the analysis and had provided an estimate for what services were necessary to resolve my issue. They were able to complete everything and install new parts the day of and everything was done by 4:00!! Wonderful experience, very nice waiting area with drinks and snacks, and an included car wash afterwards. Will be taking my Mazda back here with any future issues!"

"They are great at respecting your time! I made an appointment about a month ago. I dropped off at about 9am on a Saturday and it was ready by 2:15 PM (standard service-oil change/tire rotation). They are transparent if prices change and let you know if you will need repairs soon."
