"I love Taco Bell, especially when I need something quick and easy since I work late. As long as I double-check at the speaker & again at the window, my order is generally correct and fresh. There have been a couple of times that the order was wrong, and they corrected it or even replaced it if I didn't notice until I got home. (ALWAYS, keep your receipt until you know everything is correct! If you want your stuff replaced, that is, and you've already left the establishment. ) The only problem I run into, more often than not, is not getting enough sauce. I can tell them at the speaker and when I get to the window, check in my bag and only see a few, remind them there are only 4 packs of sauce for a family of 5 and they'll tell me they are at the bottom, also no matter how many times I say mild sauce, I end up with hot or fire sauce. I now keep taco sauce on hand at home, just in case, lol!"

"Me and my boyfriend come here kinda often to eat so we dine in. It's always clean, and the staff are always friendly and patient with us (despite how cripplingly awkward we both are). The only issue is that the drink machines are either always flat or just not working at all. It's almost always the more popular drinks that have this issue. (Baja blast, mountain dew, etc.) Other than this, we like this location :)"

"I wish I could this a zero star because that is the service I received. l waited in line for 20 minutes all to be told when I was to place my order they were only taking pickup orders. This is at the drive through at a fast food restaurant. There was no sign to say they were not taking orders and therefore I wasted my time not just waiting in line but also being trapped in the drive through line after they told me I couldn’t order. I refuse to believe that this is an uncommon occurrence and a simple sign saying no new orders would have avoided me having to wait in line for 30 minutes late at night not receive anything. Just terrible customer service that we should not accept as the new normal."

"The quality of the food has gone down tremendously, Taco Bell used to be a go to but my last few stops were a waste of money, got the box with the chalupa and the bread wasn't toasted, it was like eating dough and it didn't take long for the food to get cold on my way home 10 minutes away and by then the taco was soggy and falling apart and the burrito was getting hard, I didn't even eat the rest after taking a few bites of the chalupa, very disappointing"

"We eat here about twice a week and always fresh and hot food!! Who ever rolls those burritos is my new best friend! Wife loves guac on her Mexican pizza and they actually add it!"
