"I used to love eating here. Their food is awesome!! Covid made them close the dining area, and it’s STILL CLOSED!!! I would love to go there and eat again, if they would reopen the dining area!!"

"I went in to place a large order for my staff and the staff tried to explain to me that I could not get the eggs that come in the fried rice on the side because they didn’t have the containers to put the eggs in. But then had no issue in telling me that I could order a side of fried eggs since some staff did want eggs in their fried rice. If you don’t have containers to put my eggs on the side, how then can I order a side of eggs?! That makes zero sense, especially when I am placing a large order. I really feel like they either did not fully understand me or just wanted to be difficult. I am so annoyed."

"Not going to lie and tell you that Tokyo has the best food. But when it comes to Japanese cuisine hands down Tokyo grill handling business. Their sushi is something I'm always ordering but you might their fried rice or something. On you way there feel feel to listen to my new Album "Astrology 2" I hope you enjoy their food."

"I ordered three orders of fried rice and one happened to have a strain of hair inside (the other two were fine) so I called back to the location on Kirby and was told to bring it in. I did so and instantly two workers laughed and said they’re hair isn’t that “thin” nor was anyone’s hair “cut” like that. I explained that it definitely wasn’t mine due to finding it in the middle of my food and that I’m a black girl with an entire different hair texture than the hair found. I asked for a refund for that part my order and the only option they gave me was to get it remade with the worst attitude ever. They kept stating rudely that it’s not their hair and I was never given a refund and I definitely didn’t eat the “fresh” order that was given to me within seconds. The customer service was terrible for the first time and that’s definitely my last time ordering food from them for simply not having the decency to take accountability for their own mishap."
