"I had a few friends over to watch football so we ordered 40 party wings. I spent a couple minutes explaining how important it was to me that the wings were extra crispy. For me, texture is really important. I also got large fries and okra. There was NOTHING crispy about the wings or the fries or okra. I pointed it out to the staff when I picked up the order but they didn’t do anything or even try to fix it. I don’t recommend this place."

"I placed a order for The Wing Guru Dry Seasoning on 11/4 in I still haven't received my order. On 11/18 it will make 2 whole weeks I placed my order. I will like for the owner to reach out to me because he need hear me out. Your business shouldn't be ran like this where customer isn't receiving there orders in a timely manner an this is unacceptable."

"I heard their wings taste good. But Probably some might like it. And some would not if you expect to have the wings taste like other franchises. It looks so red and exciting to taste spicy, but it isn't. So much over seasoning, over color, so much of sauces, which doesn't give a proper taste. But they do have many flavors. Can give it a try."

"I’ve listened to Jason & John on 92.9 ESPN brag about The Wing Guru for over a year claiming it to be the best spot it town. Sorry, but they got it wrong. The wings are good, but not amazing. I tried their ranked sauce but left feeling just average. They do not have a combo meal and for a 5 piece whole wing, fry, and drink it costs 17 dollars. The drink fountain is behind the counter so getting refills can be difficult when they are busy. If your looking for the best spot in town then head over to Bosses on Poplar."
