Viva Mexico - Mexican Restaurant

"My friend took me here me here on "National Margarita Day" we arrived around 5pm and were seated immediately, they weren't packed yet. A waitress immediately came and asked what we wanted to drink but we didn't have drink menus yet, she gave them to us the we ordered. A few minutes later she came back and we ordered food. The food and drinks were great, the waitress never came back to see if we needed anything after about 30mins my friend wanted to order some fries. She ordered the fries and they took 20mins to come out (they were packed by then) they fries were overcooked and cold and brought by a different waitress. After another 20mins we were ready to go, we had to stop someone different to get our tickets because our waitress never came back. Overall the food and drinks were good but the service was trash, except for the gentleman who sitted us. I'd try them again on a less busy day."

"It was my first time going to this place. Went there for my sister's birthday get-together. The food was good, we had fajitas, burritos, & tacos. Had a live band there performing. The bass player got a bit raunchy with the ladies. It was too funny. Overall, it was a good experience except our waitress, who seems to not want to serve us. Made our party wait a while to put in our order. Had to find her while she was hiding behind the counter, just chilling. Still had to go find her just so we can pay our bill and leave. She helped other customers faster than she did us. No matter. Her name is Ashley. Then there was this drunken white woman who really was all over the place. Her husband or whoever was trying to get her to dance, and she could barely stand up. She almost exposed herself there on the dance floor in front of everyone, including her friends and kids. The food was good but the experience with the waitress & drunk lady was bad."

"Was just dining at this establishment and found hair in the white cheese dip. Notified the server and he had the nerve to say “no one here has hair like this, this is black hair” when literally the entire staff has black hair. I was utterly disgusted because we had eaten a good portion of it. The dismissive attitude was a shocker, as if we came there just to say there was hair in cheese dip. We’ve been here several times and never had an issue, but will never return after this incident. I didn’t get a chance to take a picture because I was too disgusted."

"We had an absolutely had a ball here! There was a step instructor group there and they hustled to the tamia hustle and others. The food was amazing, the guacamole was fresh, chips hot, and the food was authentic. The drinks was strong and well mixed. Definitely recommend the Ciroc Obama & Flautas, my personal fave"
