"I’m currently sitting in this drive-thru. I’ve been here over 20 minutes. The person working the window seems to be unable to handle more than one car at the window. When cars get to the order pavilion, they make you wait over 5 minutes to allow you to place your order. Current car has been sitting 7 minutes so far. The drive-thru is backed up so now more are going inside. It’s now taking twice as long. Don’t visit unless you have an hour to wait….I won’t again! I’ve now been in line right at 45 minutes. Unacceptable!! Poorly managed restaurant. Update: second car at window. It’s now been one hour since I got in line. The girl at window got rude when I placed my order. Told her I’d been in line 45 minutes and she told me if I wasn’t happy to just pull around and leave. I’m done!!"

"The young gentleman who works at the drive-thru window during the late nights is very kind and courteous! (My complaint isn’t about him.) Unfortunately, my order was horrible! I didn’t realize until I got home that the bottom of my bag was wet! When I opened it, my hard shell tacos felt like soft shell tacos! I live less than 5 minutes away, so they weren’t in the bag for long! These tacos are very wet! I don’t know if it’s the grease from the beef, or the water from the tomatoes or lettuce! Now, I’m going have to throw this mess away and loose my $10.74! I’ve been at work all day, and now I have to go to sleep hungry because I’m too exhausted to get back out! I’ve been eating at this Taco Bell for years, and lately the food quality has been declining! Someone needs to contact me for a refund! This is ridiculous!!!"

"I eat here a lot and the food is always very good. There is a young man that normally works the drive-through window and honestly he is absolutely very professional. He always has a smile on his face and my order is always correct. If I had his name, I would give him a shout out. Their customer service is excellent."

"I ordered a cravings box, and a 2 Chicken Chalupas Supreme Combo. I live 3 minutes from the store, the food was cold. the chalupa shells were stale and hard to chew. The taco shell was soggy and completely fell apart. The person being food to the counter just dropped it and walked away, no customer service."

"Ever since relocating from the west coast, our family has patronized Taco Bells. Before our move to Tennessee, we would maybe visit Taco Bell once every 2-3 years ( we would visit Del Taco, at least once every two weeks ). I would say that we Taco Bell it maybe once a month now. This location was very clean, the condiment bar well stocked, and the food was par for TB quality. There was a distinct difference on this visit, we had to order our food from a kiosk. I get with the paying more to employees that the menu items now cost more, but now I have to order at a kiosk, absolutely not cool. I should have gotten the employee discount for the amount of time it took me to order the food. Would I go to this location again, yes, but I would definitely consider going somewhere else first.
