"Online hours say 8-6, hours posted on the door says 7-7, but the door is locked at 5 and no one answers the phone. Already in an inconvenient situation with a flat tire and it was made even more inconvenient by Walmart. I’m a repeat customer only because I purchased the warranty plan that I can’t even use because no one is available to help."

"Had my tires changed, brought my own oil and had them change it. They overfilled my oil by so much, i smell it throughout my car when I start it. Of course, I didn't know they overfilled it until a week or so later and also realized they didn't put my engine oil cap back on. Luckily, it was still under the hood. What a disappointment. You wasted 4 hours of my time waiting at your store and then wasted more of my time and money having to change this again at my own home in fear of destroying my vehicle."

"I’ve typically had good experiences here. However, in the last week I’ve been three times and cannot get an oil change. The first time, I had to wait over two hours. The next, I missed them because they were on lunch break. The last time was because it was the staff’s day off and they only have two full time tech guys on staff. Walmart is not staffing this location."

"Was turned away for an oil change a little after 1pm because supposedly the tech didn't return though they are open until 7pm? And there were only a couple of cars in the lot to get serviced on top of that. They only have one tech that can change oil that may or may not show up after lunch? This Walmart has gone downhill in a bad way."
