"Fresh hot food and ALOT of respectful and honest employees not like Jackson Burger King food was cold and got ripped off by employee for money about $ 7.00. Manager's were very rude too! Said they looked at cameras and counted her drawer and no overage well I wonder why ??? Duh figure it out theft."

"The woman at the drive thu cash register was really rude (may 17, 2023 @5:00), the fryer is broken, got my order wrong (probably on purpose), the burger had more mayo than meat and looked like it was put together by a toddler that has barely gained sentience. As a matter of fact, a toddler could put a burger together better than the atrocity that i recieved but i was hungry so i ate it. I strongly suggest corporate takes a look at this location because im willing to bet that the fryers havent been properly cleaned for weeks. Please let this review be seen so more hungry people dont have to experience this down the line. As i said i was hungry and ate the burger before deciding to make this post so i dont have the photo of the mayo burger."

"If I could give zero on food I would. Been here a few times and thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt. I can absolutely say with confidence that every time I order the food is not correct and horrible. Ordered a whopper with cheese no pickles and no onions and got a whopper with everything, even shredded cheese and some kind of thousand island sauce. Completely disgusting and not what I wanted. I don't get it. If you can't get the one thing right your company is known for them you seriously need to reevaluate your business choices. I will not be going back to this location and I will tell everyone I know that they are incompetent and disregard what quality food is and customer service is. I know personally what it means to be in service. I am highly disappointed."

"Omg, like what part of no onions didn't yall understand? I literally had to turn around to get sauce for my nuggets,get home and this burger is FULL of onions which I specified I didn't want. Smh. Can we get a little crew communication please?"
