"Avoid at all cost. I went for oil change. They admitted they put in wrong oil. 3 weeks later my car is smoking from every angle possible. I bring back in and they claim I need a tune up. 2 weeks go by I requested my car back. They had done $2240 in repairs but didn’t install one sensor. That sensor was all I need because my car is doing exactly what it was doing before. I just lost a lot of money do to their ability to scam people. I went to pick my car up and they didn’t vent know if it had been worked on. They he service manager named Francis or something similar was extremely rude, and even hung the phone up on me mid conversation. Long story short, do not go to pep boys. What they have done is criminal and they should be prosecuted. I have been in contact with their corporate office and they have a call center with people from India handling it. It’s difficult to even have your voice heard with this company."

"AVOID!! Ordered tire to replace flat tire. Made appointment to have tire mounted. Arrived on time and after 1.5 hours car still not done (to mount ONE tire). Why would any business make appointments if they have no intention of honoring them. UPDATE: my car is finally finished 2 HOURS after my appointment time to mount ONE tire. DO NOT COME HERE"

"I went to Pep Boys for a tire rotation and to check for low tire pressure. The very next morning, my low tire pressure light was on and I stopped by a different location (Hwy 64) for service. I was greeted by Darryl upon entering the building. He checked my tires and then I was told that I needed 2 new ones. He provided excellent service, and I thanked him for going out of his way for making sure I return on the road without any problems. I definitely would recommend THIS location! The entire staff was friendly and professional!"
