Whataburger

"They have children playing around in the back who are 9-13 that should not be back there. These children are not employees. I don’t have not problem with having your kids at work but this should not effect my orders. I order the new item which are the wings for my wife and got 3 chicken tenders. I ordered a number 5 which is the bacon cheeseburger and got a burger with and ketchup and mayo when I asked for everything on it. I paid close to 30 dollars for nothing I actually ordered."

"First Whataburger experience. The outside and inside were very clean. The manager helped us at the counter and he was pleasant and efficient. It did seem he could have used some help a couple times. Wait wasn't horrible, especially since there were six in our group. The produce on the burgers was better than I expected, very fresh. Personal preference: I wish the burger was a little more moist and the spicy ketchup to be more spicy."

"I’ve found that the seem to use real eggs on the sausage and egg biscuits which is a plus. Biscuit a little dry as you see but still very tasty."

"First time customers me an my mom we order our food double cheeseburger onions with tomatos Chilli cheese fries my mom had the single cheeseburger now we got our order my food was wrong they gave me lettuce and tomatos so I ask them they gave me another one but it was single burger but they gave me unions without tomatos on it which was still wrong so they come back outside an gave me the same burger but no cheese the Chilli cheese fries looks sloppy wasn't hot at all At this time, I was already ready to leave. My mom continued to tell them about the orders being wrong: so I just said the hell with it. Overall, the establishment needs better management and more communication."

"It was my first visit, and the place we looked really clean. I didn't have to wait in line, I was able to oder quickly. What was amazing to me was that there were three people that placed their ordered after me. But I still got my food last. I only ordered a standard cheeseburger meal with a soda. The burger wasn't bad at all. It had a pleasing taste to it. The fries were cold and half filled....for as long as I waited, everything should have been hot. The server was courteous, though.
