"Purchased a 702801 ram air style hood for my 2007 ram 1500. Love the hood but the customer service is terrible. I have replaced the insert on it 4 times which is a very cheaply made plastic insert and tabs with pal nuts. Tried contacting numerous times about my issue and question as to whether or not there is a better insert that they offer or any solutions with no response at all. Great hood if you have no issues with it but if you do they will not respond to questions."
