(The young male had like semi long hair.)Me and my mother walked in and they did not speak. Just looked at us. They continued looking on their phones. They did not come to help so we walked out. As a former Operations Manager at Bed, Bath and Beyond, this was unacceptable. If I was the DM for this company and walked in and experienced this, I would've wrote them up immediately. Do better! If they don't "like" certain customers, find another job! Piss poor service!!"
