"Unfortunately this is the first time I've eaten at this Chick-fil-A. I got the chicken biscuit and hash browns, the chicken and biscuit were overdone and the hash browns or tasteless. This is the first time I've ever had a less than perfect experience at any Chick-fil-A"

"This is my second time coming to this location, the only location that always gets my order wrong. The food was cold and stele, ordered a 5 peace grilled nuget. The employee looking at the monitor, and still got my order wrong. I'm beginning to the, their doing this on purpose. The Bartlett location is way better."

"This particular Chik fil A location is awesome! The service is incredible. The staff is always positive, considerate, and professional. My orders are always right, but if I have an issue, it is resolved immediately. Even with the long lines (which is expected), this location will have customers in and out within minutes. I highly recommend!"

"Feels weird to give chickfila a bad review, but all the employees seemed to be in a bad mad. From the woman taking orders at the drive thru to people we greeted inside as well. Also, as you can see one of our biscuits looked pretty sad for some reason, looks like someone tore up the bread then served it to us."
