"I placed an online order with them recently. I picked my food up and took it home. To my dismay, the food was old and cold, as if it had been sitting for a while. I was also missing items from my order. I am highly disappointed in the way they chose to handle the situation. I requested a refund and declined a credit to only be given a credit anyways. I will not be eating at this location ever again or any Popeyes for while. The staff should care about customers food the same as they would for themselves. If you wouldn’t eat it, DON’T SERVE IT!"

"This location always has a bad attitude. Today I went through drive-up the lady said sorry can you come in. I go into the building and the cashier says we only have breast and accepting cash. You could have said that at first!!!"

"Something's wrong with this place. Staff always say this place has no chicken. Not sure if Popeyes hires drug addicts but this place isn't even functioning. They also have a very smelly dumpster that makes the whole place smell badly."

"I ordered five tenders and two sides. I told the person at the counter I wanted two mashed potatoes instead I got just one. Then the tenders I received were spicy I was quite sure I did not ask for nor inquire about when I asked if they had tenders."

"Didn't get the evening managers name but she berated me for the way I pronounced a name I've never seen or heard before on the Uber Eats order I was picking up. Next time I go online to Uber I'll make sure to not be on Brooks Rd as the 15 minute wait and rudeness were not worth the time and Hassel. Can only imagine how horrible it is to work for he she talks to her employees worse than I talk to my dog."
