"If I could give zero stars I would. The absolute worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes, then tried to go inside to pick up my mobile order and the doors were locked. Finally got inside as someone was leaving and was treated terribly. Called a liar. I never received my food. I will NEVER go back."

"First time going. Ordered an online togo double cheese steak burger meal with no bun (lettuce wrap). I get to the restaurant around 11:15am, only one other customer in there. Place was clean and organized. Counter person greeted me and after telling her my name she quickly advised they didn’t make my order yet because they ran out of the large lettuce so couldn’t make the wrap. She offered me some alternatives and I went with that. I appreciated her professionalism and the kitchen speed. Fries were hot, fresh and well seasoned! Steak burger patties were also great! Great overall experience and I will be back."

"This was my first visit to a Freddy's Restaurant. Entering the dining room, I felt like I went back in time to the 1950's. The only thing missing to make it feel completely authentic was a jukebox. I ordered the California Style Double combo with onion rings. Being a recovering In-N-Outaholic, I was concerned that this combo would not fully satisfy that craving that the west coast Double-Doubles always had. My combo was delivered to my table in a very reasonable time considering that it was made to order. Honestly, I was shocked at the size and shaped of the hamburger patties. Freddy's cooking technique includes squishing the patties flat. The result is a larger diameter yet much thinner patty that you would expect, and my first impression was that it looked unappetizing (boy was I wrong). Taking my first bite, my taste buds went into overload trying to comprehend and distinguish what was this substance in my mouth. Hands down the best burger I have ever had the opportunity to taste. The onion rings were very good, but honestly, the burger was so flipping delicious, all I wanted to do was keep it in my face. While some of this review may seem exaggerating, it's not. The whole dining experience has set a new level of expectation for future reviews of other restaurants. I truly hope that this visit wasn't just a fluke and that the planets and stars weren't just in alignment and that this is status quo for operations. I'm already looking forward to future visits as Freddy's has taken the crown as my favorite burger joint. Thank you Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, please don't change a thing... ever! "Service could be so much better. You guys have young people working with no personality what so ever. Just dry, and you can tell they don't wanna be there! There was so much salt on everything! What's the deal with that. It's not just this location. I haven't eaten at Freddy's for a long time because of that, and I see nothing has changed! The food would be good if not for the salt issue. I also ordered a small strawberry shake, and it tasted nothing like strawberries. Must be completely artificial strawberries. I will not eat here again because I don't want to wipe off every french fri before I eat it."

"Ordered in the drive thru at 6:44 pm for our family of 4. We finally received our food at 7:46 pm. Took over an hour to process the 5 cars ahead of us and our order. An hour! When I asked why it was taking so long I was told “well there’s only three of us” like I should have known better. I had to laugh when I saw in the food preparation area posted signs that said “4:45 turn time per order”. I should have checked my order before I left because when I got home I found the bacon double cheeseburger I ordered was the poorly made single burger pictured. Awful experience."
