AutoZone Auto Parts 2010 Whitten Road, Memphis, TN 38134

"Bought an oil filter and motor oil together because there was a promotion for a discount when they were bought together. Had to return the oil because I got the wrong kind. Instead of just exchanging the oil, the manager processed a return and then charged me more than my refund for a new container of oil. He discounted it to “ get the price close”, but apparently that’s all he could do. The promotion was still going on at the time too so there was no reason to do it this way. I guess if you get multiple items with a coupon or promotion bring them all back and repurchase so you don’t get up charged. A simple exchange is apparently impossible to do at this location."

"I came in the door and the manager standing there without said anything, I thought she was deft or something so I said hello and she forcefully said hello back. Then I tell her what I need she look up and find the part but she want me to paid first before she go get the part so I paid and I stand wait for 10 minutes and she come back empty handed. So I. Told give me money back so I can go then she start to curse me out. I don’t how she did to get to manager with that type attitude or blow her way through. I will never set foot on any auto zone again. Never!"

"Entered the store with at least 5 employees. Asked for a battery install for my car that had to get a boost to even make it to autozone. The "cashier" announced I needed help with an installation of a battery. They ALL clocked out and left ONE employee with a long line of customers! I waited an hour for the install because everyone left!! The cashier was waiting on everyone else!! Not good customer service!! Will not be back. You guys need to change your commercials, they dont tell the truth about your employees."

"Store 5421 Whitten Road. Had the best experience today when needing a new battery. Crystal took care of my needs with an awesome attitude and had the old battery out and new battery in super quick. Also shout out to Felicia the store manager. Keep up the great work ladies and keep "GOING OUTSIDE"!!!! I'll definitely be back for all my auto needs."
