"12-21-23 Called serval times from my Transmission Shop. I called today and was instantly put on hold with no warning. I was left on hold for over 34 mins. This is a horrible way to do business."

"It was the worst repair experience ever. I paid a total of $3,395 to fix my car, but they didn't repair it at all, and it felt like they were cheating me. They presented me with a bill, but there was no actual repair work done. First, they charged me $260 for a new battery, but they didn't replace it; they left the same old battery in. Surprisingly, the battery died after just a month and a half. When I contacted them, they claimed that someone might have stolen my car's battery and replaced it, which seemed highly unlikely. On another call, they even raised their voices in frustration. Second, I paid $1,500 for body and bumper repairs and even purchased all the necessary parts myself. However, they only installed some of the parts, and the rest mysteriously disappeared. They essentially did nothing for the body of the car. Third, I felt exploited because I am an international student. I couldn't believe this could happen in the US, a place I had trusted."
