"I enjoyed my time here. Salmon was seasoned well and very delicious. Okra needed a bit of seasoning. My husband's onion rings were oily. OMG, their croutons are to die for. You'll want to take a few baskets home. The drinks were good. We had a margarita and island breeze. Overall, everything was great! We'll definitely be back!!!"

"The best steakhouse you can eat at in the midsouth area. My husband and I love going here for our date nights and the food is mouth-watering. We have had just about everything on their menu and nothing comes up short of amazing. They have seasonal alcoholic beverages and their famous croutons are a perfect appetizer before digging into a savory steak, chicken breast, or various seafood option. They also have a covered outside patio when the weather is nice. If you are in the area - make a reservation and eat local!"

"My family and I recently enjoyed a delightful dinner at the Side Porch, and overall, our experience was quite satisfying. The restaurant's ambiance was cozy, providing a perfect setting for a family meal. While the steak's marinade might be a matter of personal preference, the croutons served as a delightful surprise that added an extra layer of enjoyment to our meal. "Food is good. Some of the plates are pricey but overall reasonably. The downfall is all the extra taxes they add including the liquor tax. Do not order the kids meal shrimp for your child. It is spicy and not for kids. Could not believe they charged an extra $5 to add a broccoli side to the kids meal either. The filet was good."

"I took my wife here for our anniversary based on a recommendation from her Doctor and I am not disappointed that we chose to come. We made reservations in advance and when we arrived were seated immediately. I would say it was be best for you to make reservations if you hate waiting for a table. The building has a great atmosphere to it that feels down home and friendly. The staff were amazing and friendly for our entire meal especially our server ,Violet, who was always sure to check and make sure our drinks were full and that we had everything we needed for our meal. My wife and I both ordered the bacon wrapped steak with a Caesar salad and loaded baked potato. We also ordered a side of fried mozzarella as our appetizer. The food was amazing and the portions were perfect. In fact I would say we did not even need the appetizer between the entree itself and the "croutons" they gave us. For those that are used to the small hard croutons at other restaurants, these are not those. These croutons are more likened to garlic bread than standard small croutons. All of that to say that they were delicious and we found ourselves having to stop chowing down on them to save room for our main course. I would highly recommend coming out and giving them a try."
