"While I am a fan of Chick-fil-a, this particular experience was not the best. My food was not hot, the lid was not on my lemonade well and it spilled in my truck....I was not happy....."

"Not only did they just leave my order sitting out getting cold without telling me or trying to figure out who's order it was I was missing my brownie but I didn't have time to go back for it since I was waiting so long for my order that was completed and getting cold but nobody tried to notify me. Then the manager that's witnessed the whole situation only offers to get me hot fries. I laughed at how much lack of care or concern he had to only replace the cold fries not my sandwiches and then I get to the car and realize I don't have my brownie I just gave up on them at this point and left without it because I knew they didn't care about me or my order at that point and they had already put me behind after neglecting my order and remaking my fries."

"No ketchup I asked for, no sauce, fries were ice cold and limp, cheese seemed like it had just come out of a freezer, it was cold and crumbly, not the slightest bit melted. Very disappointed. Not sure why everyone likes this place so much. The piece of chicken tasted good, that's about all the good things I have to say."
