"I ordered 2 sausage/egg sandwiches, and the eggs were very crusty and hard around the edges. never had a fried egg that was hard before, and the sausage tasted old. I didn't enjoy this at all. the service was ok, the young man greeted me and was kind."
"My husband, kiddo, and myself had the absolute best experience- I’m not sure of the gentleman’s name who took our order inside and brought everything to our table but he had the BEST customer service. H went above and beyond and we were so thankful to be treated so nicely as you don’t get that often in fast food anymore. I live in MS and would drive all the back just for the customer service!!! Thank you!"
"Pulled up to speaker and waited 15 min then was told that the order taker was in the bathroom. After taking my order I had to pull up and wait again inwhich they forgot I was outside. They finally bring my food items were missing. The chicken sandwich tasted very hard and crusty as if it had been redropped to make it hot. However one young lady was overly nice trying to cover up my bad experiences I just laughed and drove away."
"I just sat at the Krystal's on Germantown Parkway for an hour. At the intercom, there was no acknowledgement of my wait and when I got to the window, the young lady asked "what you order?" I asked her if they were short staffed and she said "Yea. We're always short staffed." I get that it's difficult finding consistent employees in fast food, but I think a little courtesy goes a long way such as "sorry for your wait" or maybe even a free drink or dessert or something. I continued to wait because one I thought about leaving, I didn’t because I had already committed and spent a while in line. When I tried contacting the number to report my issue it gave a bounce back. When I went to website to file a complaint the Germantown store isn’t even an option. This was a terrible experience and I pray I don’t get food poisoning."
