"I know this store isn't ran by the corporation and it shows. I imagine that if it were the CUSTOMER SERVICE would be better. I also imagine if it were the employees would keep their smart mouth comments to themselves. Either way, whatever. To the young black man working there, you're good, but to the 2 little girls behind the counter. High school is over and talking about people is really immature and could be perceived the wrong way. Food is good, 2/3 of the customer service representatives SUCK, and the location is already hard to find. Next time I want a sub, I'll head to Lenny's/Firehouse/Yum's...a bit out of the way, but I've never had to complain about their customer service!"

"Bryan was a delight and offered good customer service, however the hours listed are wrong and originally I was turned away. They don’t stay open until 9 like the hours posted. Hopefully it will get corrected ASAP."

"My mother ordered a sandwich platter of 15 for a church event last week, and has raved about the impeccable service she got every day since then. So much so - I am writing this review. She got three different types, and customized them (with various toppings, asking that they weren’t cut, etc.) Not only did the man get literally everything right; he was kind, personable, accommodating, and even threw in cookies! For a job that doesn’t operate on tips, the service was amazing. Thanks for going above and beyond."
